Uti help!!

Two weeks ago I had a very bad uti (blood in my urine, very painful to pee) and I had antibiotics specifically for uti's, now today I had the symptoms again! But not as painful or no blood (yet) it's currently 3:15 in the morning and I'm struggling to put up with it anymore!! I have w busy day ahead of me tomorrow with two major exams. Can anyone recommend anything at all? It's late and I don't drive so I won't be able to get anything from anywhere, I took a cranberry pill earlier and that made no difference.
