Who here is losing weight and if so what's your secret? What did you do to do it. I have a few health problems that makes my weight not come off quick but I been losing a little I used to weigh 258 and now down to 234 and I feel no different. 😳😳 still feel "fat" I'm starting to use Walmart brand weight loss shakes. Advice. And your experience please share.
