Miserable 😵

I dunno whats wrong with me, i hope you girls can help me a little.. since last night around 8:40pm i began feeling nausea and the smell of food makes ne sick to my stomach. Ive been vomiting since and i also have diarrhea (tmi) i feel dizzy when im on my feet ooh and my vagina hurts when i wipe gently and i could see tiny bit of blood (only when i wipe) i took a hpt since im late and it was negative. Any idea of what it might be? Im seeing my obgyn today hopefully he can help.
