Low hormone birth control suggestions
Hey girls,
I'm currently on a low hormone birth control (Necon .5/35) but I've been on it for 5-6 years and my body has become so used to it that I've begun to spot and cramp in between periods which means I may need to switch to a new pill. I'd like to continue using a low hormone birth control. Do you have any suggestions on ones that work well for you?
