Help! Cramping and bloating but no period in sight!

I have been cramping for 3-4 days now. My S.O. and I have just recently decided to try starting a family and I've been off the pill since January. My period is usually the first Thursday of every month and lasts 4 days so as you can see, I'm late. I've been showing every sign of period such as the cramps and bloating but no blood. I've taken pregnancy tests and they've been negative. The last one I took was last Friday. Has anyone else had this? And could I be pregnant?
