What do y'all think??

So I was on the train with this boy and i was hoping he would talk to me. We got off the same stop and asked for my number. I gave it to him and he said he would " text me now so I got his number" never did. I'm just thinking like damn did he hear me wrong when I gave it to him or is he not trying to come off thirsty and will text me later or tomorrow? & am I coming off as sounding a bit desperate?? Lol I'm pretty shy and don't usually give my number out but he was cute as fuck. 🙈💕
