Good lord no! How old is the child? Even in high school I wouldn't. They failed by choice now they'll make up by choice. Don't teach them that if they fail class they'll get paid to make it up.

Definitely not. It's a privilege to be able to make up a class so easily. I'd be grateful I had the chance to rather then repeating a class.

Why would you pay them? They're there to make up a grade, so I would look at it as part of school & I would never pay my child to go to school.
