Ttc, But nenes advice

So I was on birth control for only three months . The first two weeks I was on the pill , and I switched to the depo right after . I didn't go back to it because my fiancé decided that he was now ready . So I got my period on  December for two weeks . And then again in March after I went to the hospital because we al thought I was pregnant , because I was getting all the symptoms, and then the doctor just said I had bacteria . So he gave me some pills and so I took them for a week . After that I didn't get my period till just recently last month on the 25th super super light for 6 days . And idk I'm kind of just worried that I won't be able to have conceive . Or should I just wait and be patient. I'm taking prenatal vitamins the gummies . And I also tried the domiana tea and the monitat to clean myself . Advice from people that experienced.
