Telling my crush I'm interested?/Asking him out? Advice?

So I'm pretty sure my crush is interested in me, but doesn't like me. I feel the same way. I really want to get to know him better but I feel like our conversations just eventually end. I've hung out with him twice so far and have only spoken to him a handful of times. I feel like we aren't going to go anywhere if we keep this up, so I kind of just want to blurt it out, without sounding creepy since we don't know each other well. What do you think I should say? :/ Should I ask for his number (we talk on Facebook when we do talk) or should I just say I'm interested?
