Braxton hicks contractions ?

So I was on YouTube and came across Braxton hicks contractions. I was wondering what are they ? I keep seeing girls post a video of there belling pooping  up . But they don't explain , im curious to know. Anybody had or has them ?

Braxton hicks can actually occur very early on pregnancy and throughout pregnancy not just at the end. They are uterine contractions but they are intermitten. It is just your body adjusting to everything. Some women get them some do not.

Yes. Sometimes they can be extremely painful and you feel as if you are going to give birth. This tends to happen if you are not hydrating enough. It has happened to me a couple of times. Im not a big fan of water. Apparently, the same hormone is released when you are dehydrated as when you are about to go into labor--I forget the name of the hormone--the doctor told me when I went in for IV due to dehydration.
