So my LO will be 8 months and I've noticed he started to reach for my food and lick his lips when he sees me eating .. I feel so bad when I see him stare , I give him some baby food and he obviously wants what's on mommies plate ...
Question: how old did you start giving your LO beans, mashed potatoes etc ?
