Did anyone have these signs?(bump)

I'm currently 7 weeks 4 days I have been having pressure down below since 4 weeks pregnant which from my first pregnancy I thought only happened when in last trimester and lots of cramps and flutters, could I be having twins I'm extremely tired to the point I sit down and I'm asleep in seconds and I'm always hungry, I just wanted to see if anyone had these symptoms because I feel like I'm having 2 or more this time around xx
