I did Zumba before learning of my pregnancy, but I haven't been since I got my BFP. However, I do recall one of the ladies in the class who Zumba'd right up to 8 months! She was fit, said she was feeling great, and after her delivery she credited the successful delivery/labor/bounce back to Zumba. I was most impressed.

I am 8w and I Zumba 6 days a week and plan on doing it till at least 8 mths I'm hoping I can. I'm a plus Size momma  and with my first pregnancy I gained 75 lbs  then my 2nd I gained 50 then I lost 40 got pregnant with my 3rd  now I am total of -60 lbs and have lost 5 since becoming pregnant with 4th and final baby hope the exercise will keep the pounds off😉

I said yes because I don't actually Zumba but I do a similar type of exercise class. I always feel way better after exercising!

I am an instructor still teaching 2 classes per week @ almost 16 weeks :)

I plan on teaching until at least the end of my second trimester
