Bbt charting please explain
Can any of you ladies explain to me how you do this. Is it vaginally or by your mouth? Do you check everyday? And what is it for? I see some ladies saying there's a dip so is it a dip on when your ovulating or dip that you may be pregnant. Sorry for the question I'm wondering to do the same. Thank you for helping me out on this. Lol
