Disappointing US tech

Anyone else have a US tech that they were just not impressed by? I mean my insurance doesn't cover much so If I'm paying as much as I am per ultrasound I want them to take their time and explain and show everything to me. I would also like to get some good pics and my US tech today gave me nothing to work with... When she did decide to snap some pics she zoomed in or magnified it so much that they did not turn out well and had basically no detail... I didn't get to see her little feet or hands this time which dissapointed me. She didn't tell me the heart rate or the weight and at my last US the tech told me both. When I called to request more info on my US from today I was told that they never check or see weight? Is that true? Because last time I was told she weighed 9oz. Well, anyways I guess I'm just ranting because I was so excited to get more pictures of my little girl and none of them were quality and we didn't get any different views.. They all look the same. Daddy finally got to feel and see her kick tonight so that's definitely boosted my mood from the day 💕.
