Can't get in the mood!

I'm just looking for some advice. I'm 19 and me and my boyfriend fool around a lot but we have never had sex. Tonight he wanted to fool around and I just couldn't get in the mood and we stopped. Is there something wrong with me? I know some girls who are like "I'm ready for my boyfriend any day any time" but for some reason I just couldn't get into it. Any advice??
