What's wrong with my nail?

I got an acrylic manicure about a year ago and ever since then my nail has been growing in with this line on it. Anyone know what this could possibly be?

Acrylic doesn't eat your nail, Iv had acrylic on my nails for the last 3 years with no problems, it's not the products that mess your nails up its the nail tech not applying them properly and that line on your nails have you got a better picture x

There was trauma to your nail matrix OR you could have internal issues with other parts of your body. For example I got it when my heart got worse. It may have not been the acrylics whatsoever, there are a lot of resons as to why you may have gotten it. Has anything changed health wise for you? Stress? Heart conditions? Rapid Gain weight? Ask your Doctor!

Look at mine I got fake nails. And the day I got em. Like the very next day I had to go back up there and have it removed. Now my nail was infected and I lost some stiff in my nail. Like it was chewing up my nails.   There really not all tht.  But they do make you look cute. But be careful!!  Cuz they can rip off your nails and infect them pretty bad

Yeah it's because the acrylic "eats" the majority of ur nail and it makes it soft. I have the same thing on all my nails. Haven't had acrylic in over 6 years. My nails never recovered
