Sensitive nipples immediately after ovulation

So here's the thing !! I did opk and two days in a row I got peak fertility. The next day after peak fertility I started getting sore nipples. It's day 3 after peak fertility sign on opk and my nipples are killing me. I did some research on Internet and it says that if u get sensitive nipples immediately after ovulation it means u missed the month and you are not pregnant. Is that true?? I'm on the verge of giving up as it is month 7 for me
