Sorry to be gross.. I need some help..

Has anyone ever experienced implantation bleeding? I had unprotected sex 8 days ago, at the time I had just come off from the withdrawal bleed from my pill (I've stopped taking it) yesterday I experienced some light pink spotting? Or a really really light period, it lasted a couple of hours.. Only was there when I wipped(as you can see in the photo) is this just because I'm coming off the pill, or could I be pregnant? 🤔 I know it's too early to test😏 I've also been getting light cramping that comes and goes ever since coming off the pill, worse when I lie on my sides, is it possible to get pregnant this soon after taking the pill? Or maybe it's just my body adjusting! Who knows! 😂
