Bloated but BFN

For the last few days I have been very bloated and have had lower abdominal and side pains. I was experiencing 3 nights of heart burn but it has sense then gone away. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative I took another one and barely there line. I am not due for Af till this coming Sunday, I went to the doctor today due to the lower stomache and side pains and they just gave me a iron test. It came back negative. Is there still a chance I am preggers or no?
