Am I pregnant?

So BF and I fooled around a week ago. My period was suppose to start on Wednesday. I do have grad this week so I'm stressed about that and have been for a while. We did grind with out anything on, he didn't insert it and he didn't cum, later I made him wear a condom then after that he didn't cum at all. Just wandering if I could be pregnant or if my mind is just playing tricks on me and I'm just freaking out and worrying for nothing. Just a little advice would calm me down. Thanx
