that is definitely shedding of your uterine lining. it's normal on the pill and it happens to a lot of girls. if your cramps are really bothering you take Advil or whatever you take for pain. and if it's really bothering you, call your doctor

Why were u wearing 2 tampons ?

It looks like you did not change them in the appropriate  time.  You can get extreemly  sick by doing this.  It's called  TSS. One sign is bad cramps ,  fever etc.  Please be sure your changing them at least every 4 hrs at the most
