So my pregnancy so far for me and my bf hasn't been easy on us. It was back and forth whether or not I was even pregnant. Then today the doctor couldn't find anything in the ultrasound and my bf was supposed to be at the appointment with me and he never made it. But the doctor told me that the reason why she didn't find anything could have been one of three reasons: 1. I'm earlier than I thought I am ( I'm 7w2d), 2. That I'm in the early stages of a miscarriage or 3. I'm having an ectopic pregnancy. When I told him this he thought I was lying to him and got upset with me telling me how I was lying about even being pregnant and now we're not even talking...what do I do?
