My baby need some help

Hi so my daughter was born the 6th she had some jaundice but they said to keep her in the sun and she will be ok her eyes are not yellow anymore she doesnt have a fever her temperature is 97.9 but she has been a little fussy and she spit up milk it smelled like bad milk i breastfeed so im guessing that shouldnt happen ?? Im not sure its my first time breastfeeding should i take her in or is this normal ???
