How low is too low? 30 weeks

So for about a couple weeks now I have had really bad sharp shooting pains in my lower pelvic area and in between my legs. Baby has been hanging out super low. So low that anytime she moves I can see/feel her only below my belly button. Very uncomfortable most of the day with all the pressure. When baby moves I feel her pushing against my cervix and it really hurts. I can feel her hard little body move very low, is this normal? It's getting hard to walk..
