Is it possible for my HCG levels to go back up after a miscarriage 3 weeks ago?

My husband and I have been ttc for almost a year. We just experienced our first miscarriage 3 weeks ago. We were devastated! My body cleaned itself out naturally, so I didn't need a d&c. 2 weeks ago my hcg levels had already gone down too 226. I go back to the doctor in 3 days to check my hcg levels. I was wondering if there's a chance my hcg levels will go up since my hubby and I didn't wait to ttc again. We've been doing the BD for 2 weeks now.
