Brown blood when wiping

This is my third cycle of IUI and I have had tons of different symptoms than the first two. I used clomid 50mg cd3-7, had a follicle ultrasound and had four large follicles. Did IUI on cd 14 and cd 15. I used a trigger so I am fairly certain I ovulated on cd 15. That would put me at 15dpo today. I have had Minor Af like cramps 4-5dpiui then again 9dpiui. Af was due sat 5/14, no show no even signs. This am I woke up with some minor af cramps ( I usually cramp pretty bad with af), pretty significant right sided lower back pain (unusual for me), and a very small amount of brown discharge on the tissue when wiping. Since this am I've gone to the bathroom three more times and two times had a small amount of brown disxharge just on the tissue (nothing on my underwear) and the last time nothing no brown discharge no blood. Cramps come and go and aren't too bad, but the right sided back pain is pretty significant today. I don't want to get my hopes up since I know commonly implantation occurs days 6-12 post ovulation, but there is always outliers. This waiting game is the worst!!!
