Heavy bleeding 6 weeks after..

I was wondering if anyone who recently gave birth or has had a baby via c section has experienced heavy bleeding 6 weeks after?i stopped bleeding at two weeks postpartum and about a week and a half ago start spotting then it got heavier and heavier going threw a pad every two hours. I also got the depo shot two weeks ago. My OB said to come in Friday for and exam or if I was worried to go in to the Er...
