Uterine Polyps at 18 &new relationship

Recently developed polyps and notisable in sexual activities but recently in new relationship, we haven't done anything yet and I want to but in scared what he will say and how to explain because it's so unusual for someone my age and I feel like so unattractive because of it I just want to know of anyone living with the condition and how they have delt with it or advice on how to talk to him about it
