May be pregnant ? PLEASE HELP

About two weeks ago I had unprotected sex a couple times with my boyfriend .. I don't think I was ovulation but idk bc I have irregular periods . I was spotting a little bit yesterday and the day before , my nipples have gotten a bit darker , I usually never have an appetite but for the past couple days I've been hungry ALL the time and I've been cramping .. Do you guys think it's just all in my head or ? .. Please I need your answers, I'll be happy whether I am or not pregnant but I just want to know what you guys think since it's too early to test .
