Worried

Hi everyone so I went to my gyno friday cuz I was spotting very lil and no pain at all.  Im 7w5d so he sent me to the hospital to get blood work and ultrasound. At the hospital they refused to give me any results and was told to call my doctor today Monday. I called earlier today someone was supposed to call me back and didnt. I called again in the afternoon and was told ok the doctor signed ur results he wants to see u wed cuz hes not in the office tom.Im so scared idk whas going on and they r taking so long to give me results, basically by the time I go on wed its gonna be 5 days later. Should I be this worried? I feel like they havent had any sense of urgency but Im still scared :(.
