Feeling alone

Does anyone else feel like their hubby... While excited and helpful at first... Is now not stepping up?? Our daughter is 12 days old and unless I ask him to do something for me or the baby he doesn't seem to have any interest. He's great with her when asked to help but I don't feel like I should have to ask him to hold or change his own daughter.  He even threw it in My face that I was gone for 2 hours... Him with her... To meet some friends for coffee when I kinda mentioned how I felt. Am I just emotional n overreacting??
