My daughter Elyse was born after 4 hours from the first contractions that broke my water to the moment I heard her cry.. My labor was so quick that there wasn't a doctor available for my delivery and a midwife caught my daughter 😆. I couldn't get the epidural I had planned for because I had my baby within two hours of arriving at the hospital so a natural birth is what I received 😱.. Never have I ever thought I would be able to give birth without pain meds but I did 😨..For me the experience was exhilarating and painful during the contractions and crowning but once her head was free it became a breeze and all the pain left .. so there is my personal story of delivering without pain meds... Also being free to move after birth is great lol..😁
