What kind of meds?

I woke up with a really bad cold and I cant seem to get an appointment with the doctor can someone please tell me what i can take that is safe for pregnancy. Like anything i can get at a wallgreens or something like that?

My doctor  gave me list of medicine  you can take. Tylenol  Tylenol pm, robitussin,  benadryl

Do not take anything with guaifenesin if you are in the first trimester!
