Recurrent BV

I have had BV for some years and it just won't go away. I went to the doctors and they prescribed me Floragen which I have been taking for months and still have it. The told me not to wear pads or panty liner because that's why it keeps recurring and to change my panties frequently. I have been doing this but no luck. It has a small smell sometimes clumpy other times milky. And there is a large amount of it. It's quite disgusting. Really need help and suggestions please!
