Help please...scared & feeling alone

I am about 10 1/2 to 12 weeks pregnant and no one knows so im going trough everything pretty much on my own. i am having some cramping & bleeding. Im scared to death it is a miscarriage, ive already spoken to my doctor and have some blood work to be done tomorrow. Pretty much all i can do is wait but im already feeling heart broken. Please any prayers and positive energy is very much welcomed, i need all the help i can get 😟
