Pain!!! No bleeding

So I've been on my feet all day. Cleaning, organizing, and working with my pups. I sat down for a minute and now I'm having horrible back pain (I have siatic in my right lower back) and now my left hip where the joint is throbs with sharp pains.. I'm not sure what happened or what I did but I'm worried. My dr office is closed now.. I'm not having any bleeding, just the pain. I'm 6wks 5ds, anyone have any ideas?
