Cervix question

Does anyone else's cervix change by day?? After ovulation it stayed pretty high and closed then yesterday it dropped to low and closed and today I'm on cd29 four days till my expected period and it's high and a little open. Has anyone else had this issue. I also posted about by breast and nipples being sore and slights cramping for the past couple days, but I figured out that, they could be premenstrual symptoms.
