Progesterone?

So I'm 5 weeks after 8 months of ttc again after my miscarriage. Was given Utrogestan to take twice daily...400mg in total. It's seems quite high a dose. Has anyone else been on progesterone in early pregnancy?

I'm on utrogestan 200mg at night and 100mg in the morning. I'm 10 weeks 3 days and been taking it since I was 5 weeks because of recurrent miscarriages. My obgyn wants me to take it until I'm 12 weeks. So far everything looks good. We saw and heard the heartbeat at amost 8 weeks.

I started taking vaginal progesterone, 200mg twice a day as soon as I found out I was pregnant at 4w1d. I took it up until 13 weeks and never had a problem. I'm not almost 15 weeks and baby is very active. I had two previous miscarriages before that. It's seemed to have worked for me to get me further than I ever have been before in pregnancy!
