Please help.

I'm 5 weeks pp.I had a very quick labor and delivery and had a third degree tear. All stitches are healed but I am in AGONY every day. It's aching horrifically down there and Iv been on 3 sets of antibiotics for a uti. That's not going anywhere. Please some one tell me it gets better soon. This is my second baby but my first natural delivery. I am completely over whelmed and fed up . any advice would be great. I've been to my doctors every week since.
