How long after sex would I be spotting?

Is it immediate? Or does it take awhile? I have been so nervous about having sex and haven't bled at all yet but I'm just scared.

Not everyone spots after sex while pregnant and even if you do, it's OK! Almost always it's just because your cervix is extra sensitive and the blood has nothing to do with harm done to your baby. As long a you don't bleed heavily and it lets up after a few hours or so, there's nothing to worry about. Sex is good for both you and your partner during pregnancy unless otherwise stated by your doctor.

I spotted brown after sex the other night and freaked! Went to the doc and all seems well so far, but I'm only 4 weeks so it's still really early, it's normal to spot after sex though.

I did once at around 6 weeks. After sex I went to bathroom and when I wiped there was a little light pink there. Doc said not to worry. I guess because of the extra blood flow in ur body going on, I guess it can do that. If it's a little, I wdnt worry too much

Never spot after sex. Not everyone experiences that. Depends on your cervix and everyone's body is different. Stop stressing and enjoy it!! :)

Are you saying you're newly pregnant and are expecting to spot after sex? I'm 6 weeks pregnant and I have sex with my husband nearly every night and I've spotted only once. I think we just went a little too rough maybe. And it was literally just one pink spot and nothing else. Don't worry too much about sex during pregnancy. Our bodies are made for it. Unless you're at high risk.
