DOCTOR VISIT

I Had a pelvic exam today and he was pushing on checking my cervix and everything but when you started pushing on my ovaries downward its like he was begin rough but hours later this what i have gotten i havent been spotting all day but when i went to get a pelvic exam this what happens . Was he begin to rough ? I understand he was trying to feel it , but would yall consider it begin to rough ?
