Anyone who had a hemorrhage?!

I've started bleeding alot at 8 weeks like soaking more than 1 pad an hour bleeding. The baby was ok but dr. Said I have a hemorrhage. I've stopped bleeding since then but started bleeding some brown and not very heavy blood yesterday. It's stopped now. Just wondering if seeing the brown blood means it's healing up. I'm currently 10w and have an appointment tomorrow. Any insight helps. Thanks!
