Headaches.
I have been having headaches every single day almost for like four hours or longer each time.
Any advice for how to deal with this without using any medicine at all? I'm 15 weeks was hoping these would end after the first trimester was over.
I drink lots of water every day probably at least a gallon. And I cut caffeine out at 4 weeks pregnant.
