Virginity is just a word?

I just lost my virginity a few weeks ago to my boyfriend who I've been with for a short time. I thought it would be a huge deal but no... Is it normal to feel exactly the same after you're first time? I didn't feel anything! No regret, no happiness, no bond, no fear, is that weird?

Virginity takes different meanings for different people. I never put much weight in it because I don't see why it should matter if a girl is virgin or not. I never understood how some gal could be "more pure" or desirable because she was a virgin, but to some that's how it is. Aaaaand now that I've shed the "oh no I'm no longer as good as I was because I'm not a Virgin" way of thinking I can honestly feel confident in myself and can enjoy fun easy going sex without thinking I lose value.

My first was with my first boyfriend who I loved but it didn't make me feel any different. I feel everyone reacts differently !! Don't worry about it your feelings are your feelings just enjoy yourself ?

It is really supposed to be a big deal.. He wasn't the right one, that's the only way I can put it. After the first time with that right person... There is just so much more. I can't even describe it, but it you don't feel it, in my opinion, there is something wrong with that. This person and entire relationship isn't right if you don't feel a thing. You suppose to.

When I lost my virginity I didnt feel anything. It was more of a "oh well I finally had sex" lol. It felt like it was more meaningful for my boyfriend than me because i think he was more in love with me. We had only been dating for four days but we had a thing for two months, he had sex with one another girl before me. But it wasnt a month after we had sex that I really started to feel an attachment. He told me that I would all along but I was like ehh. But no, its true. We've been together for now almost 7 months and I am really in love with him and do feel connected.
