Episiotomy restitched

Hi all

I'm 1 week pp and required episiotomy woth stitching. I'm 1 week pp and noticed the stitched started to fall out today and noticed some bright red bleeding from perineal site where episiotomy was performed. I stopped the site from bleeding but now notice a small hole in perineum and am wondering if that will heal and close naturally on it's own or I'll have to get it restitched. I'm a FTM and am very concerned about this. Not being able to feel "normal" down there. Not being able to have sex. Mt husband is so supportive but I can't help but feel do upset about the whole matter
