Pain/Cramps thru the day but also during sex?

Ok so it's been 2 days since I've been having cramps in the cervix-pelvic area... I had sex with my husband missionary & then doggy & we had to switch to me on top cause it was hurting😐 the cramps are mild but the sex hurt once it hit that area. Could I be ovulating or should I ask my doctor. (I'm trying to conceive btw)
