Af symptoms but pregnant?

Question

Idk if this has been asked a million times before but I have most of my af symptoms (ex: cramping, sore boobs, also I get dry skin around my mouth, chin area) can I have those symptoms but be pregnant still? I also am nauseous,dizzy and slight heart burn which never happens when af is coming. Have you had all your af symptoms but turned out to be pregnant?

I had all of these for 3 days before AF was due so naturally was 100% convinced AF was coming, once due date come I still had the cramping but no AF so took a test and it showed positive! It's possible to have all AF symptoms and be pregnant

Yes unfortunately pregnancy symptoms are a lot  like AF symptoms and what is even more unfortunate is that they both start showing one or 2 days before the expected AF.

The trick is to diferenciate them like you did   Know whats extra and what you dont normally feel. Have you tried testin??
