Greenish discharge 😰😰😰

I am not quitely sure when did it start but I start to worry now.. I have this greenish discharge whenever I pee and wipe my down there. When I smell it, it doesn't have any smell. But!! Whenever I am home, I smell fishy down there.. I am afraid to go to the doctor since I am living in a foreign country and most of the doctors here doesn't speak English.. And I am afraid to ask my mum to go with me.. :(
