Can I have a half can of Coke?

Hello! I'm currently 21 weeks pregnant and I'm not much into caffeine intake. I seldom have severe gas problem and for that I usually have sparkling water or fruit water and it eases off.. We are currently on a vacation and I didn't get any sparkling water and all I managed to get was Coke bottles.. Can I have half a can? Please advice!

You can have 200mg of caffeine a day. Try having the decaf if you don't want caffeine

My dr recommend it. She said it helps with nausea and that its been used for years. Me personally I don't like coke but have used it for the nausea and it seemed to work.
